Power Companies depend on the Preventor 2005

Utility Plants depend on the Preventor

Power plants around the state and country are now using the Preventor for structural lightning protection. When companies that generate and distribute electrical power choose the Preventor, you can be sure they have investigated and tested the system.

The Orlando Utilities Commission is using the Preventor at its Indian River Plant in Titusville. Prior to the installation of the Preventor, the plant sustained substantial damage to the Fire Control systems. Since the Preventor has been installed, this part of the plant has not sustained any damage. Based upon the success at the fire control area, plant officials are installing additional Preventors in other critical areas.

Similarly, Florida Power & Light uses the Preventor system at the Indian Town plant in Martin County and at many other plants throughout the state and country.
